Our house is a wonderful home. The house is a beautiful excellently maintained expanded cape with 4-5 bedrooms depending on how you use the rooms. We are just 3 and 1/2 short blocks to Beth Abraham, and near Rabbi Sobolofsky's Shul too. At the end of the day, Nov. 30 the house will no longer be listed with Russo. You have the opportunity to see the house on the Russo website if you email back to us straight away. I will respond later tonight when I can. The rental will be for approximately $3,000/month w/o utilities. However, like the selling price it is negotiable.
